Privacy Policy
The trust you place in RoomForDay for your online hotel bookings is important. When you make a hotel reservation or any other type of online accommodation booking, you are asked to fill out a form and provide the following information: your name, your mobile phone number (GSM), and your email address (personal or professional). This information is necessary to process your request, reserve the room, and finalize your booking. A confirmation email will then be sent to you, respecting the confidentiality of your data.

Reservations
To finalize your reservation, and with the exception of disclosures of information required by the adequate jurisdictions, for criminal investigations, subpoenas or injunctions, we only disclose your name and contact details to the hotel with which you have made your reservation. Please note, however, that from time to time, we may use third-party distributors who provide certain services and functions for and on our behalf. These third-party distributors may have access to (part of) your personal information in the context of their services and functions; however, they remain subject to an obligation of confidentiality, under which they cannot use, share, or disclose this information for any other purpose.

If you would like to receive our newsletter, promotional offers or more information from us, you have the possibility of subscribing to this service.
